Our Pole Fitness & Dance classes offer a unique and stimulating workout that feels more like fun than exercise. We meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey – which means you don’t need to be strong, confident or flexible to start… just ready to give it a go!
BEGINNERS POLE (INTRO 1)
This class is for everyone!
In Beginner’s Pole, you can expect to start the class with a cardio warm up and stretch designed for absolute newbies – no fitness experience required.
But that doesn’t mean you won’t work up a sweat – so come prepared to raise that heart rate!
Once we jump on the poles you will be introduced to a range of tricks and moves – including basic spins, floor work and dance skills.
Sound like a lot? Trust us… you will barely believe what you manage to achieve!
Pole Classes (Continued)
After you finish Beginners, the fun doesn't stop there! We cater to all levels of Pole enthusiast.
One of the best things about pole dancing for fitness is the almost endless possibility to adapt and extend the tricks you learn.
Any given spin, climb or inverted tricks will have a wide range of progressions and variations to explore, which means there’s always a new challenge when you are ready for it!
