Barre Sweat & Tone will get you moving, jumping, kicking and bending your way to a more toned physique.

Feel your stamina increase every week while you sweat it out like a Prima Ballerina.

The class starts off with a warm up followed by some arm, core, butt and thigh sculpting exercises at the barre using both body weight and resistance to help you feel the burn.

After you’ve toned up, it’s time for cardio! Plié, jeté and chassé your body around the room to some easy to learn, calorie busting exercises.

No experience necessary, just bring along a good attitude and a towel!
