Our classes are unique, organized, and stimulating. Get motivated to work out and make it FUN!

  • Before I started pole I was unfit and not confident in myself. I signed up because I heard a work colleague loving her pole classes and thought it was a good way to get fit while having fun. As a result, I am now so fit, major strength and abs and somewhat flexy. Definitely has boosted my confidence in my body and myself and I now have a love and passion for pole and can’t imagine life without it.

    I now feel so good about myself, believe in myself and who I’ve become. I feel so thankful for the friends I’ve made here – They are all so supportive. I love how much fun I have in my classes.

    It is so much fun (even the failures are fun if you let them be and learn from them!), and I feel so great walking out of that studio knowing I have gained something each and every week. I walked into my first class thinking ‘why not’, and walked out with a new obsession!

  • If you love classes with lovely women to get fit, you’ll love the classes at Vivid. No one is unable to start learning pole. Always persevere in learning new moves, cause you’ll eventually get it and it is so rewarding when you do. You’ll also have a cheer squad in the background supporting you when you do get it!

  • I was introduced to Pole by a friend and I’m very grateful that she did!

    I have poled for 1 year and 1 month!!! As a result, I am even more comfortable flinging myself around, but now it’s upside down, not just on my horse.

    I’m stronger than I ever thought I would be in my upper body, have some fantastic new friends as well as having the added bonus of being able to do something that is completely for me and not horse related at all! (Pretty big deal here haha)

  • Before I started pole I had absolutely no upper body strength, no core strength, no flexibility, I had bad posture and did not hold myself with confidence or strength. I have always been introverted, and never thought I’d be able to progress in pole, but started to try something new and different. I saw a coupon for a 4 week trial, and thought why not give it a try! So I dragged a couple of friends along for a bit of a laugh. From that moment on I was hooked.

    I have poled for about 4 years. I never would have thought I’d have stuck with it and continued on to Advanced levels. As a result, I am now strong, brave, willing to try anything, confident, toned, and I have something that I love and look forward to doing every week!

  • Before I started pole I was working full time, hadn’t really done much exercise for a while and the gym seemed a bit ordinary. I signed up because a few work colleagues were doing pole and remember thinking ‘that’s a bit different’.

    I have poled for 3 years now. As a result, I am now stronger and am having a lot of fun. It’s a good stress reliever! I now believe if you are determined you will achieve your goals.

    Personal achievement is rewarding so focus I on that. That euphoric feeling of getting a move for the first time especially after literally months/a year is awesome.
